- Drove product discovery and roadmap definition by leading user research and identifying opportunities for growth, resulting in the successful launch of 3 impactful A/B tests that optimized conversion rates for Search and swimlanes components.
- Created from scratch a data driven performance tracking tool used at company level, leveraging BigQuery and Looker skills to improve team efficiency and transparency.
